Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we'll do our best to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and as-new. The item must be in the original packaging and you'll need the receipt/proof of purchase please!
Once we receive your item, we'll check it out and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You'll then receive your money back within 2 weeks.
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.
Non-Delivery Of Items
If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:
- Address incomplete or inaccessible
- Addressee gone away
- Parcel not called for
Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned.
Any Other Issues
If there's anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Mechler Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Mechler Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
